  • Expected pay for this position is $29.84-$44.75. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.

  • Job Summary
    • Lead performance improvement projects throughout the organization and promote evidence-based practice. The analyst will utilize Six Sigma or Lean methodology to lead strategic projects and mentor others in quality improvement methodologies to drive results. Performs data collection, analysis, and monitoring of data to identify business needs, perform trend calculations, and provide recommendations and consultation to assist in guiding business decisions. Transforms data into information.

      • Master's degree preferred. Bachelor's degree required in one of the following:

      • Preferred three years of progressively responsible experience in one or more of the following:

    • JOB KNOWLEDGE: Demonstrated ability in financial and operational systems. Technical knowledge of Excel and familiar with word processing applications. Knowledge of hospital quality metrics, patient safety indicators, CMS and JC standards.

        • Develop reliable enterprise reporting that supports timely decision-making.
        • Deliver accurate reports within established timelines.
        • Improve reporting automation and efficiency.
        • Maintain high standards of data integrity and report validation.
        • Build meaningful dashboards that promote organizational transparency.
        • Support executive leadership with actionable analytics.
        • Promote standardized organizational reporting practices.
        • Develop documentation that ensures continuity of reporting processes.
        • Demonstrate excellent customer service while supporting all hospital departments.
        • Maintain current knowledge of healthcare analytics, reporting technologies, and regulatory reporting requirements.
        • Must have the ability to work with a variety of people of diverse populations (e.g. cultural diversity, employee workforce, ages from adult through geriatrics, hearing impaired, physical and mental disabilities and variety of educational and cognitive levels).
