Must-Have Skills:
  • 3+ years of healthcare IT experience with significant exposure to laboratory operations/workflows and hands-on Oracle Cerner Millennium/Cerner OracleHealth experience.
  • Experience with EHR/LIS implementations or migrations, including requirements gathering, testing, validation, go-live support, and sustainment.
  • Knowledge of healthcare interfaces/integrations, HL7 concepts, lab result flows, and strong communication/facilitation skills.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with Cerner PathNet/PowerChart, reference lab connectivity, or large enterprise/federal modernization programs.
  • Oracle Cerner certification, PMP/Agile credentials, healthcare regulatory/quality experience, or an existing security clearance.
