Clinical Outcomes Data Analyst - 158618

BayCare is currently in search of our newest Clinical Outcomes Data Analyst Team Member who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. We are looking for an individual seeking a career opportunity with one of the largest employers within the Tampa Bay area.

Clinical Outcomes Data Analyst Position Details:

  • Facility: BayCare Health System, Clinical Outcomes
  • Location: Florida/Remote
  • Status: Full Time / Exempt: yes
  • Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Weekend Work: Occasional
  • On Call: No

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designs, develops, implements, and supports the quality outcomes reporting to meet the data decision needs.
  • Utilizes multiple databases and systems to develop interactive dashboards; analyzes and reports innovative representations of data into reports in a graphical and creative manner by using Business Intelligence related technology.
  • Analyzes report content and consolidates/transforms content into interactive dashboards. Delivers reports via SharePoint.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Required experience is 5 years Data Analysis with High School Diploma or Equivalent; or
  • 2 years Data Analysis with Associate's Degree, and 1 year Database Management or 2 years Computer Related Field.

Required Skills :

  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with large data sets and ability to transform data into dashboards
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively and independent
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, Word and Power Point skills
  • Preferred Specific Skills are exposure to Business Intelligence and Reporting (specifically Tableau); and Experience with SQL/Oracle (Cerner), Snowflake or Python and understanding and experience with data warehouses and database platforms.
