Job description

VCG is looking for a senior Cerner CCL programmer to support of the Cerner Millennium 2012.1.18 and Cerner Millennium 2005 with an emphasis on System Support and Issue triage where needed including. Support the training and completion of sustainment work on the CST project. The ability to mentor/train junior staff is essential in this role and the contractor should be a skilled Cerner builder with the patience to train junior staff with only basic Cerner training. Consultant will also be required to report on the progress of the new staff achievement of their learning objectives. Consultants may be asked to perform Cerner build for the CST project while CST project staff train and onboard new staff.

Senior Cerner Application support of the Cerner Millennium 2012.1.18 and Cerner Millennium 2005 with an emphasis on System Support that includes;

• Understand current design and implications to process and workflow

• Excellent Communicator to Team Lead and CST Sustainment Leadership

• Troubleshooting as required for end user issues relating to the supported systems

• Work closely with technical SE's and other application analysts to resolve issues

• When required complete Evaluation, analysis, documentation of requirements, and

translation into proper system requirement specifications

• Create any required Data extracts

• Operational Support for the current functionality for:

o HNAUSER - Support provisioning team as required

  • Troubleshooting

o Report Distribution

  • Daily Audits and Monitoring of failed distributions
  • Troubleshooting and Remediation assistance

o PM Office

  • EMPI testing for MoH changes to active integration interfaces
  • Troubleshooting/Coordinating with Tech Team interface issues
  • Coordinating with Biztalk team testing requirements

o Assist with creating new or updated support audits

o Access HIM Chart Tracking – workflow and audits around CST Activations

o Legal Gavel support as required as required by the project

• Provide support for testing and conversion activities including but not limited to:

System Current State

System Configuration – all domains

Test Script updates

Unit, Regression, Integration, and User Acceptance testing as needed

Win10 Upgrade Testing

Citrix Receiver Upgrade Testing

Documentation updates

Scheduled Downtime validations and Support
