Become a Key Player as a Production Assembler I

You will support the production team by performing routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly to meet production schedules and quality standards. Your work directly impacts product readiness and safety for the client, working onsite on a 4/10 schedule (Monday–Thursday, 5:00am–3:30pm). You will collaborate with technicians and inspectors to follow established procedures and maintain consistent output.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
  • Perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly of small parts and components following company instructions and procedures
  • Review shop traveler/route cards or basic schematic drawings to confirm correct sequence of operations
  • Position very small parts (e.g., ceramic board, crystals, fine pins) under a binocular microscope using tweezers or positioning fixtures
  • Adjust, bend, align, and solder fine wires to resistors and base parts
  • Bond or seal parts or assemblies with epoxies using direct heating elements or ovens and conduct in-process testing
  • Demonstrate and follow all safety policies and procedures
  • Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; may work nights, weekends, or additional hours as needed
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
  • 1–2 years of relevant assembly or mechanical experience
  • Good mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity for working with small parts
  • Ability to operate a variety of hand tools and light machinery
  • Capability to perform basic mathematics and read/interpre company documents (safety rules, operating/manufacturing instructions, policies)
  • Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Capacity to identify issues and address them; willingness and ability to learn new tasks
  • Vocational training, apprenticeships, or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
