Ceramic Global Business Director

The Ceramic Global Business Director is responsible for the overall global strategic, commercial, and financial performance of a business, product line, or market segment. The role develops and executes growth strategies, drives profitability, aligns cross-functional resources, and ensures the business achieves its revenue, margin, and operational objectives. The Ceramic Global Business Director serves as the primary link between customers, sales, operations, technology, supply chain, and finance to translate market opportunities into sustainable business growth. Our Ceramic Global Business Director will earn a variable compensation including base salary and bonus.
