Job description

We are seeking an energetic and strategic General Manager to lead and elevate our automotive styling center and residential/commercial window tinting operations. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of the business, from sales and customer service to operational efficiency and financial performance. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader and self-starter ready to drive growth, foster team development, and implement innovative management strategies. Your leadership will shape a high-performing environment focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences while maximizing profitability and growth for one or more locations.

Responsibilities:

Duties

  • Lead and manage the entire store, including sales, service, inventory, and administrative functions

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction

  • Oversee profit & loss statements, financial management, and data-driven decision-making to ensure sustainable growth

  • Manage team recruitment, development, and performance evaluations to cultivate a motivated and skilled workforce

  • Implement process improvements and standard operating procedures using lean management principles to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and prevent recurrence

  • Create weekly objectives and offers to drive traffic

  • Create/revise standard operating procedures as needed

  • Ensure compliance with existing fleet contracts, coordinate project management efforts for facility upgrades, marketing campaigns, and new business opportunities

  • Foster a culture of exceptional customer service by ensuring high standards across all departments

  • Manage leads across multiple sources and have a system for regular follow-up

  • Conduct brief daily meetings to keep staff informed, focused, and motivated
