  • Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree with work experience equivalent to a Master's degree, as demonstratedbyresponsibilitiessuchasoverseeinghospitaloperations,budgetdevelopment, analysis and oversight, marketing for volume growth and program development, FTE management, expense control, policy and procedure development and implementation, and process development to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Fiveyearsofmanagementexperienceinthehealthcareindustry,withaminimumof2-3yearsin a Senior Management position.
  • Mayberequiredtoworkweekdaysand/orweekends,eveningsand/ornightshifts.
  • Mayberequiredtoworkonreligiousand/orlegalholidaysonscheduleddays/shifts.
