About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO, a pivotal role with a focus on strategic support, project management, and communication. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in operational and financial oversight, executive team coordination, and stakeholder management, including crisis communication. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, with advanced degrees in engineering, law, or business highly preferred, and at least 8-10 years' experience in a high-performance environment.
