At CenturyLink; we have a passion for customer service in everything we do. Your inside sales career could take you from Sales & Care Rep - Small Business I to a Manager position, some of our best people got their start with inside sales! 

Being the first point of contact, the Sales & Care Rep-Small Business I will be responsible for assessing our customer needs, recommending the best products and services, and overcoming customer objections to close the sale. The Sales & Care Rep -Small Business I is constantly multitasking and looking for innovative solutions to help our customers the best way possible while maintaining and exceeding their sales goals.

One of the best parts about the sales aspect of this job is the commission that comes with it! This is a sales opening that is a stepping stone to something great at CenturyLink! Earn a minimum of $35,000, base plus incentive, when you meet 100% of your objectives! Earn even MORE for exceeding the goal.

Location: Apopka, FL

Hours of Operation: 7:45 a.m. - 9:00 p.m., Monday-Friday. Mandatory overtime may be required, based on call volume during normal hours of operation. No weekends!

Training will be 7-8 weeks, M-F, 10:00am - 7:00pm. Must be able to attend the entire training without time off. Please note once you've graduated training, your hours could change to 12pm-9pm.


Salary: Starting pay: $12/hr + $10,500 for achieving 100% of goal!
