About The Role

We are seeking a Head of Advisor Programming, Fora X to serve as mentor, leader, and champion for our most senior advisors called Fora X. This role is dedicated to supporting, growing, and retaining top-performing advisors, while strengthening relationships across clients, partners, and internal teams. Reporting directly to the Head of Advisor Experience, the Head of Advisor Programming, Fora X will work closely with the Chief of Staff (Fora X), Head of Travel Ops, Director of Travel Sales, Head of Communications, Director of Advisor Success, and our Co-Founders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentorship & Growth: Provide strategic mentorship and business guidance to the Fora X community, empowering advisors to grow their businesses across clients, partners, and operations.
  • Community Leadership: Be seen as the go-to leader of and advocate for Fora X, including the top 100 producers who are recognized with an annual accolade (Centum).
  • Programming & Events: Lead exclusive Fora X and Centum FAMs and Retreats to build community, deepen industry partnerships, and expand destination expertise.
  • Operations: Oversee Fora X exclusive programmatic offerings such as hosted conference allocations, manage extremely escalated finance, engineering and partner issues, and build proposals for solutions.
  • Voice of the Fora X Advisor: Anticipate and address the needs of Fora X advisors, provide product feedback and prioritization, and manage expectations in collaboration with the Advisor Success Manager.
  • Industry Representation: Act as a Fora ambassador at conferences, industry events, and partner gatherings; bring back insights that inform Fora's strategy and strengthen our advisor community.
  • Reporting: Monitor and report on industry and community trends, successes and areas of opportunity to the Fora X community monthly.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience as a travel advisor and/or agency owner.
  • Proven track record of building and managing a successful team of travel professionals.
  • High emotional intelligence, with the ability to lead with empathy and navigate challenging conversations gracefully.
  • Established relationships within the travel industry and strong product knowledge.
  • A positive, proactive leader and team player who builds trust with ease.
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to travel extensively.
Compensation

Compensation for this role varies based on experience, with an indicative range of $120K-$180K + equity. Final compensation will depend on the level at which the candidate is hired, as we're considering multiple levels for this role.
