About You

Weโ€™re looking for a motivated, organized, people-focused Customer Service Representative to support operations at our Grand Rapids location.

Youโ€™ll be one of the main points of contact for customers, helping guide projects from the first phone call all the way through production and installation. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, keeping projects moving and helping customers feel taken care of every step of the way.

You should be comfortable communicating through phone calls, email, text messages, and Google chats while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. If you thrive under pressure, enjoy teamwork, and love checking things off a to-do list, youโ€™ll fit right in here.

Key Responsibilities

Help customers bring their projects to life by gathering the details needed for accurate quotes

Keep customer information, project notes, and order tracking organized and up to date

Team up with sales staff and project managers to help keep projects running smoothly and on schedule

Assist customers with quote approvals, payments, and vehicle drop-offs/pick-ups

Prepare shipments, enter tracking and shipping costs into orders, and print labels

Respond to customer questions and concerns quickly with friendly, professional service

Spot opportunities to recommend additional project solutions that fit customer needs

Create a positive customer experience from start to finish

Keep customer-facing office areas clean, organized, and stocked with needed supplies

Qualifications

Previous customer service or office experience is preferred but a great attitude and willingness to learn go a long way

Experience in the graphics, trucking, or construction industries is a big plus for knowing lingo

Strong communication skills with the ability to stay organized and juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball

Able to manage deadlines, shift priorities when needed, and keep projects moving forward

Comfortable using Google platforms and everyday computer systems

Sharp eye for details and the ability to think through problems and find solutions

Basic math skills related to money and measurements are used daily

Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work well with coworkers and customers

Bonus Skills

Knowledge of fleet graphics, vehicle wraps, or sign production

Familiarity with CRMs like ShopVox, Monday, Fishbowl, etc.
