ENDICTUS is seeking an experienced Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Analyst to support digital monitoring, social listening, and foreign influence analysis focused on the Central American region.


The OSINT Analyst will monitor and assess publicly available and commercially accessible digital information to identify emerging narratives, sentiment trends, coordinated activity, influence techniques, and potential threats to U.S. interests. The position requires strong regional knowledge, native Spanish capability, and the ability to turn large volumes of digital information into concise, actionable intelligence products.


This position is expected to work on-site from an ENDICTUS secure operating environment and will be dedicated primarily to this program.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct continuous OSINT research and digital monitoring focused on Central America, and issues affecting U.S. interests in the region.
  • Monitor social media, news, websites, forums, alternative digital platforms, and other relevant open-source environments.
  • Identify and analyze emerging narratives, coordinated messaging, sentiment trends, propaganda and influence techniques, and digital threat activity.
  • Assess topics including migration, political developments, public policy, international affairs, organized crime, foreign relations, national emergencies, and bilateral U.S.-Central American countries issues.
  • Use commercial OSINT and social-listening platforms to collect, organize, analyze, and visualize relevant information.
  • Identify relationships among accounts, actors, organizations, narratives, and digital communities.
  • Develop network and relationship analyses showing how narratives move across accounts, platforms, and communities.
  • Track relevant accounts, URLs, social-media handles, engagement levels, and other available metrics.
  • Capture and preserve screenshots and other supporting digital evidence.
  • Produce clear, concise, and actionable weekly intelligence reports.
  • Support tailored and rapid-turn analytical reports in response to customer requirements.
  • Conduct historical analysis to identify changes in narratives, sentiment, actors, and influence activity over time.
  • Apply sound analytic tradecraft and clearly distinguish verified information, analytical assessment, inference, and uncertainty.
  • Work with ENDICTUS program leadership and technical personnel to refine monitoring priorities and collection requirements.
  • Participate in customer coordination meetings and analytical discussions as required.
  • Protect sensitive information and comply with all applicable ENDICTUS and customer security requirements.

The anticipated program includes recurring weekly thematic reporting incorporating URLs or social-media handles, engagement metrics, thematic analysis, screenshots or reference images, and network analysis.

Requirements:
  • Native Spanish speaker.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Central American Spanish, regional colloquialisms, cultural context, and terminology.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
  • Professional experience in one or more of the following:
    • Open-source intelligence
    • Digital threat intelligence
    • Social-media intelligence
    • Foreign influence or information operations
    • Regional security analysis
    • Political or geopolitical analysis
  • Demonstrated professional knowledge of Latin America, with preference for Central America.
  • Experience conducting structured research using social media, open-source information, digital platforms, or commercial intelligence tools.
  • Ability to analyze large volumes of information and identify meaningful patterns, trends, relationships, and anomalies.
  • Strong intelligence writing and analytical communication skills.
  • Ability to produce concise reports for government or executive audiences.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a small analytical team.
  • Ability to work full-time from a secure ENDICTUS facility in Tampa, Florida.
  • Ability to provide documentation supporting nationality and language qualifications if required for the assigned program.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant OSINT, intelligence, threat-analysis, political-risk, or digital-investigations experience.
  • Prior U.S. Government, Department of State, Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, law-enforcement, or Federal contractor experience.
  • Experience analyzing foreign malign influence, disinformation, propaganda, coordinated information operations, or influence campaigns.
  • Experience with commercial OSINT platforms such as Flashpoint, Echosec, Fivecast, Babel Street, Recorded Future, or comparable technologies.
  • Experience with link analysis, social-network analysis, or visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with Telegram and other alternative or emerging digital platforms.
  • Experience assessing organized crime, migration, political instability, or regional-security issues in Central America.
  • Experience preparing recurring intelligence products for government customers.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted analytical tools, sentiment analysis, entity extraction, and narrative analysis.
  • Relevant OSINT, intelligence, cyber, or analytical certifications.

Work Environment

This position is expected to perform research and analysis from an ENDICTUS-controlled secure operating environment. Remote work may not be available for this assignment due to customer security requirements.


Employment Contingency

This position is contingent upon contract award. Any employment offer, anticipated start date, and final work location are subject to ENDICTUS receiving the applicable contract award and authorization to begin performance.
