The Role:
We're looking for a Partner Manager to build and scale MaintainX's partner ecosystem across the region from the ground up. Reporting to the VP of Partnerships, this role will lead the expansion and execution of MaintainX's partner ecosystem strategy across Mexico & Central America. This role focuses on driving revenue through strategic alliances, system integrators, technology vendors, distributors, and channel partners.
You'll collaborate closely with global partner marketing, product, and sales enablement teams to develop and grow MaintainX's LATAM ecosystem. The ideal candidate has experience building and scaling SaaS GTM partnerships, identifying top partners, enabling partners, and and thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
What You'll Do:
  • Develop and execute the LATAM partner strategy to achieve growth goals..
  • Identify, recruit, and manage strategic technology, SI, and channel partners.
  • Build co-sell, co-market, and co-delivery motions with partners and field sales.
  • Drive measurable partner-sourced and influenced revenue growth.
  • Localize enablement, marketing, and training for the LATAM market.
  • Represent MaintainX at regional industry events and partner forums.
  • Build repeatable frameworks for partner operations and GTM execution.
Who You Are:
  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, channels, or enterprise SaaS sales in LATAM.
  • Proven success building and scaling partnership programs with measurable results.
  • Deep understanding of LATAM markets and regional nuances.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Highly independent and entrepreneurial; comfortable building from scratch.
  • Collaborative operator who aligns easily across Sales, Marketing, and Product.
  • Strong existing network across SaaS, IoT/OT, or industrial tech ecosystems (for example SAP, Oracle, or previous experience with CMMS, EAM or MES technology.
