4-day work week | Minimal call | Flexible procedural scope
This position is eligible for hiring incentives to include sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
Summary
Join an established Primary Care team at CentraCare - Southway in St. Cloud and enjoy a balanced outpatient practice designed to support both professional satisfaction and personal time. This role offers a four-day work week, minimal phone call, and the flexibility to perform procedures based on individual comfort and clinical interests within a collaborative, team-based environment.
Schedule
  • Full-time or part-time | Onsite - Southway Clinic, St. Cloud, MN
  • Day shifts | 4 day work week
    • Outpatient-only practice with no evening or weekend clinic shifts
  • Call by phone approximately 1:30

Pay and Benefits
  • Salary range: $260,000 - $500,000 per year
    • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
    • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
    • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

Required:
  • BE/BC in Family Medicine
  • Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure
