Job Title:Baler/Cleaner
Location:304 NE 200th Road, Warrensburg, MO 64093

Job Type:Part-Time

Shift: 4th Shift Saturday & Sunday 6 AM - 6:30 PM starts at $17.50 an hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Break down cardboard and load materials into the baler.
  • Separate recyclable plastics and load materials into the baler.
  • Produce cardboard and shrink-wrap bales and stage them in designated recycling trailers.
  • Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to collect plastic, cardboard, and waste materials from operational areas.
  • Navigate warehouse aisles to empty Gaylord bins and remove waste from the facility.
  • Assist with maintaining overall cleanliness and organization throughout the Distribution Center.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts related to housekeeping, safety, and recycling programs.
  • Follow all company safety procedures, equipment operating guidelines, and housekeeping standards.
