Job description

Responsible for maintaining the Medical Center property, equipment, and grounds including work requests, preventative maintenance functions, and projects when assigned by the Section Leader or Management. Must be able to demonstrate effective customer services skills.
 

Responsibilities:
Repairs and maintains Medical Center property and equipment through scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance procedures.
Assist trades personnel and Senior Maintenance Mechanics in performing work requests, preventative maintenance functions, and projects.
Performs preventative maintenance on scheduled basis.
Maintains a clean and hazard free work area. Adheres to safety regulations for all tools and equipment.
When assigned, trains or assists in the training of General Maintenance Helpers.
Demonstrate the ability to operate powered machinery within the probationary period.
