Job description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative / Community Marketer to expand our agencyโ€™s reach, strengthen referral relationships, and support business growth. This role combines healthcare industry engagement with entrepreneurial sales drive. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare marketing, business development, or community outreach, with a passion for helping patients and families access the care they need.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and build relationships with referral sources including physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, case managers, and community organizations.
  • Develop and maintain a strong referral pipeline in assigned territories (Miami-Dade & Monroe counties).
  • Conduct educational presentations to healthcare providers, families, and community groups regarding Physical 4 U, Inc.โ€™s services.
  • Represent the agency at networking events, conferences, and community functions.
  • Maintain activity tracking (CRM/lead management) and submit weekly reports to management.
  • Collaborate with internal clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth referral intake and excellent customer service.
  • Achieve weekly outreach goals and contribute to agency census growth.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in marketing, business, social work, or healthcare field preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare marketing, sales, or community outreach strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with home health, Medicaid, Medicare, or managed care plans a plus.
