Cemetery Foreman

Location: Milwaukee, WI, 53221

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Foreman with expertise as a Cemetery Foreman to join our team in Milwaukee, WI. The ideal candidate will oversee daily cemetery operations, manage staff, and ensure that all activities are conducted efficiently and respectfully.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate cemetery maintenance and burial operations.
  • Manage and lead a team of groundskeepers and laborers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Schedule and oversee grave digging, landscaping, and monument installation.
  • Maintain accurate records of burials, plots, and cemetery inventory.
  • Communicate effectively with families, funeral directors, and vendors.
  • Inspect equipment and grounds regularly to ensure proper maintenance.
  • Train and mentor staff to uphold high standards of service and care.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Cemetery Foreman or similar supervisory role.
