  • Lead daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency targets are consistently met
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce waste, and increase productivity
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align production plans with maintenance, quality, and supply chain priorities
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions to achieve operational goals
