Job description

We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman with proven attention-to-detail and takes pride in their quality and workmanship. Must have hands on construction experience in civil construction on EV and/or cellular and general construction. Individual may be based anywhere in New England Territory (Connecticut, New Hampshire, Massachusetts preferred)
*Position will require 50% travel throughout New England.
What you will do:
  • Oversees and coordinates construction projects related to Cell Tower/Telecom New Site Builds & Rawland Construction with expertise in Tower Foundations, forms & rebar, retaining walls, clearing and grading.
  • Setting generators, general trenching, concrete installs & decoms, Electric Vehicle Charging stations and general landscaping.
  • Ensure that work is completed on time, within budget, and according to safety and quality standards.

What you will have:
  • Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of civil laborers
  • Assigning tasks and ensuring work is completed according to the project timeline.
  • Monitoring work quality to ensure compliance with safety and construction standards.
  • Perform hands-on civil construction on EV, cellular & General construction sites. Responsible for all stages of civil construction of Electric Vehicle Charging stations, Cell tower/Telecom raw lands & existing, Generators, General Trenching, Concrete installs & decoms along with general landscaping.
  • Ability to successfully layout a site & complete all aspects of the civil installation, including trenching & concrete scopes.
  • Ability to tie and place rebar cages per specifications & install equipment. Ability to saw cut & pave.
  • Responsible for the company-provided vehicle, trailer, tools, equipment and supplies.
  • Must comply with and enforce company and industry safety standards at all times.
  • Proven ability to operate excavation equipment.
