Cell Phone & Electronics Repair Technician (Phones, Tablets, Laptops)

The Fix Tech Repair is Cecil County’s new and only professional cell phone, tablet, game console and other tech repair shop.

Customers depend on us for fast, same-day repairs, and we need a team member who is ready to deliver quality repairs on day one.

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented technician who loves people, takes pride in their work and shows up ready to perform every day. Nine to 30 hours available, depending on your needs.

If you are an experienced technician who can repair phones, tablets, laptops and other electronics and enjoy interacting with customers, this is a great opportunity to turn those skills into a steady, growing career.

What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices (iPhone, Samsung, Google, and more)
  • Perform screen replacements, battery swaps, charging port and other repairs on mobile phones, tablets, game consoles and other devices.
  • Assist customers and explain repair options clearly
  • Sell and upsell accessories, such as cases, screen protectors and chargers
  • Follow repair best practices and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized repair bench and professional workspace

What We’re Looking For

  • Day one ability to repair cell phones, tablets and other electronics
  • Genuinely enjoys customer interaction and helping others with their tech
  • Consistent reliability and punctuality.
  • Ability to multitask in a retail environment

Nice to Have (but not required)

  • Soldering or micro-soldering
  • Board-level or motherboard repair
  • Game console repair
  • Retail or sales experience
  • Technical certifications
