Job description

MetroGreenscape, Inc. is recruiting experienced hardscape/construction candidates for the following positions:
Project Field Assistant to assist Project Managers with daily job site tasks, pick-up/deliver materials to job sites, support crews, and maintain daily logs. Assist with planning, opening/closing the job site, and coordinating job site preparation for final client walk-throughs.
Two (2) years in pool construction, hardscaping or similar construction experience required.
Punch List Tech meets with the Project Manager onsite to review punch items. Issues are sometimes identified via photos, and the Tech is responsible for taking the initiative to fix/repair those issues. This role focuses on plant replacement, patio/paver/retaining wall repairs, drainage repairs, and some irrigation system repairs to ensure every project meets our quality standards. Fix/repair post-installation issues reported by Clients under their warranty period, such as settling stones, failed mortar joints, and dead plants.
2 - 3 years of similar work experience in the hardscape or construction industry required.
