Join us for our 2026 CLD NYFW Kickoff Event!


CLD is thrilled to announce another exciting event opportunity! We’re back and ready to celebrate the New York Fashion Week season with our multi-brand NYFW 2026 Kickoff Event.


CLD’s previous NYFW Kickoff experience featured collaborations with standout brands such as Allies of Skin, Béis, Windsor, Boohoo, Chinese Laundry, Versed, Celsius, and many more! All known for their innovation, style, and strong presence in their respective industries. These collaborations gave interns valuable insight on how to create a buzz-worthy and visually compelling experience, along with the opportunity to network with brand reps and executives.


This is an incredible opportunity to build your experience, expand your network, and be part of one of the most exciting events of the fashion season.


What We’re Looking For: If you're an individual who is passionate about event production, brand collaboration, creating memorable experiences, and/or hospitality - we want to work with you! Having great energy, an enthusiastic attitude, attention to detail, and the willingness to become an expert in all trades is welcomed.


POSITION SUMMARY:

As an intern, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting our event production team, VIP guest check-in, brand activations, product merchandising, and behind-the-scenes event operations in a fast-paced PR environment.


This event will be taking place in New York City from Wednesday, September 9th to Saturday, September 12th — hosted at a stunning, upscale five-star hotel right in SoHo!


Prep Days

Wednesday, September 9th | 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Thursday, September 10th | 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM


You’ll assist with event setup and production, build-out management, merchandising brand displays, organizing and managing event inventory, styling photo moments, and providing general support to our lead event producers. Perfect for the perfectionists; these are full, hands-on days that involve both creative and logistical work to properly prepare for event day.


Event Day

Friday, September 11th

  • Shift One : 2:00 AM - 9:00 AM
  • Shift Two : 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM


Tasks may include guest check-in, ushering guests, assisting with product selection and content creation, restocking the floor with product, and providing general production support to ensure the event runs smoothly. You may also help guide guests through different activation areas or assist with quick touch-ups to keep displays looking photo-ready. Roles will be assigned the day of by our lead event producer(s).


Strike Day

Saturday, September 12th | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM


Interns will assist with post-event breakdown and wrap-up. These are hands-on production shifts focused on dismantling displays and activation areas, packing products and materials, organizing inventory, and supporting the production team with site cleanup and event breakdown. Interns should expect an active work environment and be comfortable assisting with the breakdown and organization of event materials throughout the shift.


While it is not required to work all shifts, working multiple days will be encouraged and will 100% be more likely to be chosen for this role.
