Job Description

AZIONE is seeking an Account Executive, Digital/Influencer to join our New York City team, supporting clients across our Fashion, Lifestyle and CPG portfolio.

We’re looking for someone who understands how brands earn relevance through the right people, platforms and cultural moments. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of post-graduate agency experience across influencer marketing, celebrity/VIP relations and talent partnerships, with a growing network of industry relationships and a strong pulse on social media, entertainment and culture.

This person will play a hands-on role across earned and paid influencer programs, VIP and celebrity relations, strategic seeding, talent partnerships and entertainment opportunities. The right candidate is culturally curious, relationship-driven, creative and resourceful, with the organization and attention to detail needed to take programs from initial idea through execution and reporting.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Leadership & Account Management
  • Serve as a day-to-day client contact and resource across influencer, VIP, celebrity and talent initiatives
  • Build strong client relationships and bring proactive ideas, recommendations and opportunities to the table
  • Participate in client calls, presentations and in-person meetings alongside senior team leadership
  • Attend and manage influencer, VIP and talent appointments, brand experiences and events as needed
  • Anticipate client needs, identify potential challenges and proactively recommend solutions
  • Ensure agendas, action items, timelines and deliverables are accurate, current and moving forward
  • Contribute to new business efforts through research, brainstorms, strategic recommendations, deck development and pitch preparation
Influencer, VIP & Talent Strategy
  • Drive proactive outreach across client priorities to secure a consistent cadence of meaningful influencer, celebrity and VIP opportunities
  • Identify and recommend relevant influencers, creators, celebrities, tastemakers and cultural opportunities based on each client’s objectives, audience and brand positioning
  • Develop and execute strategic seeding and gifting programs designed to generate organic advocacy, social coverage and brand visibility
  • Concept creative influencer and VIP mailers and seeding experiences, from initial idea and sourcing through execution
  • Identify relevant cultural moments, events, partnerships and entertainment opportunities that can create meaningful visibility for clients
  • Stay closely connected to what is happening across fashion, entertainment, social media and culture and translate emerging trends into actionable opportunities for clients
Earned & Paid Influencer Campaigns
  • Support the development and execution of earned and paid influencer campaigns that ladder back to broader client objectives and measurable KPIs
  • Build strategic talent recommendations and creator mixes across micro, mid-tier, macro and celebrity talent based on campaign goals
  • Collaborate with account teams to ensure talent selection, messaging, social guidelines and creative direction align with overall brand strategy and aesthetic
  • Manage talent outreach, negotiations, contracting and campaign development with senior team oversight as needed
  • Draft and manage talent agreements, scopes, content briefs and campaign guidelines
  • Manage campaign execution from post-contracting through completion, including timelines, approvals, deliverables, travel, product shipments and other talent logistics
  • Manage relationships with talent representatives throughout the campaign lifecycle
  • Track campaign performance and contribute to reporting that demonstrates both quantitative and qualitative impact
  • Manage multiple campaigns and workstreams simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of execution
Relationships & Cultural Connectivity
  • Maintain and continuously grow a strong network of influencers, creators, celebrities, stylists, publicists, agents, managers, personal assistants and other industry contacts
  • Build and strengthen relationships through ongoing outreach, meetings, appointments, events and industry networking
  • Generate a steady pipeline of proactive and inbound product requests, talent dressing opportunities, organic placements and entertainment opportunities
  • Maintain and contribute to AZIONE’s agency-wide database of talent, creators, industry contacts and brand advocates
  • Represent AZIONE and our clients professionally at industry events, dinners, appointments and cultural moments
Reporting & Industry Expertise
  • Stay current on social platform updates, emerging channels, creator trends and new technologies, continually assessing their relevance for clients
  • Understand evolving influencer marketing best practices, including paid and organic strategy, usage, exclusivity, whitelisting, measurement and reporting
  • Track campaign results and identify learnings and opportunities to improve future programs
  • Monitor industry, entertainment and cultural news and proactively share relevant insights and opportunities with internal teams and clients
  • Support weekly and monthly client reporting, recaps and campaign analysis
Team Collaboration & Leadership
  • Serve as a strong partner across AZIONE’s Digital/Influencer and PR teams, encouraging collaboration and integrated thinking
  • Provide support, guidance and constructive feedback to junior team members, including JAEs, ACs and interns
  • Delegate appropriately and help junior team members build confidence, accountability and expertise
  • Contribute actively to team meetings, brainstorms and agency initiatives
  • Help foster a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture
  • Demonstrate professionalism, responsiveness, integrity and sound judgment in all client, talent and internal interactions
  • Escalate issues appropriately and in a timely manner while bringing potential solutions forward
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of post-graduate agency experience with a meaningful focus on influencer marketing, celebrity/VIP relations and talent partnerships
  • Demonstrated experience executing both earned and paid influencer campaigns
  • A growing and active network of relationships across influencers, creators, celebrities, stylists, publicists, agents and/or managers
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and other relevant and emerging social platforms
  • Genuine interest in fashion, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, entertainment, consumer brands and culture
  • Strong instincts around identifying talent and opportunities that are relevant for a brand
  • Experience managing influencer campaigns from talent identification and outreach through contracting, execution and reporting
