Job Description :

The New York Post delivers news, sports, pop culture and entertainment with unmatched speed, attitude and authority, reaching more than 90 million unique viewers each month. Named in a nod to the newspaper's founding father, Alexander Hamilton, Alexa is published 12+ times a year in an upscale broadsheet format. The ultimate luxury informant, its coverage ranges from the latest in fashion, beauty, home decor, fine jewelry and watches to exceptional real estate trends.

The successful candidate is an expert story shaper who elevates prose with care. Deep knowledge of luxury products and cultural trends is required. Must be highly organized to track workflow through the editorial process at a fast pace.

Application Instructions: Applicants should submit a cover letter and applicable work samples/clips for consideration.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, with strong multitasking, organizational and prioritization skills under tight deadlines

  • Proficiency in InDesign, WordPress and Airtable

  • Deep knowledge of high-end products, luxury consumers and celebrity news

Please note: This part-time role will be expected to report into the office 5 days per week during Alexa production periods.

This is an engagement facilitated through a third-party vendor. While the role supports the New York Post's Alexa section, employment and payroll will be managed by the vendor.
