Celebrity Executive Personal Assistant


Job Description:

The Executive Personal Assistant provides high level administrative support to the Individual. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to booking travel, managing house staff, maintaining personal calendar for the individual, as well as running personal errands. The Personal Assistant must also work closely with management and executive team members on any business-related items that touch personal. The Personal Assistant should be comfortable with a great amount of travel and work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience with managing all aspects of the person and home life is a priority.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES FOR THIS ROLE INCLUDE:

· Managing, updating, and keeping the calendar current and reviewing daily.

· Managing assigned aspects of the individual’s personal life and interfacing with the business manager when necessary.

· Managing all aspects of the household including housekeeper, food, and beverage, identifying booking and overseeing all repairs and other vendors, and ensuring the house is guest ready.

· Running errands; researching and sourcing various options on miscellaneous purchases.

· Handling and sorting mail; accepting and managing deliveries, packages, returns, etc.

· Setting up and managing the organization of all aspects of house.

· Managing all aspects of individual’s travel, including booking, rescheduling, tracking all air, ground, lodging and dining reservations; quickly learns and incorporates hotel and air preferences.

· Managing medical appointments, prescription ordering and personal appointments for the individual.

· Sets up and manages operational systems to streamline all possible functions.

· Encouraging the flow of communications; checking emails and following up.

· Ensuring the utmost confidentiality and discretion at all times.

· Performing other work-related duties as assigned.

Must have travel experience.
