This position is responsible for operating light vehicles in transporting Harrah's guests and/or items to various locations.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Must possess a valid driver's license.

  • 6 months experience as a professional driver preferred.

  • Fluent and literate in basic English.

  • Ability to write legibly.

  • Ability to memorize facts accurately.

  • Maintains excellent guest service skills.

  • Must possess a valid driver's license.

  • Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business

  • Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same. 

  • Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Auditory range must include immediate environment.

  • Ability to hear, talk and have good close/distance vision.

  • Ability to walk, stand, sit 

  • Ability to load/unload luggage, push/pull luggage carts

  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. 

  • Manual dexterity including tagging luggage, handling various keys, knobs, levers and buttons.

  • Ability to work in various temperatures and weather.

  • Must be able to work in a "smoke filled" environment

  • Greets and welcomes guests in a friendly, upbeat, and positive manner utilizing the Own the Moment skills.      

  • Operates vehicles with a variety of controls and transmissions in a safe efficient manner.

  • Drives automobiles, light trucks, and other two-axle vehicles in the transportation of Harrah's guests.

  • Handles all guests' luggage including tagging, loading/unloading and routing to Bell Desk.

  • Watches for guests within the attendant parking area, and courteously explains the area is open only to authorized personnel.

  • Inspects assigned vehicle at the beginning and during each shift.

  • Alerts to any safety hazards within the vehicle.

  • Washes, detail-cleans, polishes and waxes their assigned vehicles.

  • Performs messenger services.

  • Drives overnight extended trips that will require irregular hours.
