Retail Sales Associate | Celebrity Authentics (Universal CityWalk Hollywood)

Celebrity Authentics—the premier industry leader in authentic, autographed memorabilia from Hollywood's biggest stars—is seeking an energetic, results-driven Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our flagship store at Universal CityWalk Hollywood.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Results: Proactively engage customers, build rapport, and masterfully guide them through high-end purchases to consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
  • Deliver White-Glove Service: Welcome guests, identify their unique collecting interests, and resolve any inquiries with exceptional professionalism, tact, and respect.
  • Be the Product Expert: Master our exclusive inventory and share the stories behind our world-class authenticated memorabilia.
  • Execute Seamless Transactions: Accurately operate POS systems, handle cash and credit transactions, issue receipts, and manage the checkout zone with pristine organization.
  • Collaborate & Maintain Standards: Partner with a dynamic team to keep the sales floor visually stunning, fully stocked, and meticulously clean.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience & Drive: Proven sales experience with a competitive edge, a positive attitude, and complete comfort proactively approaching shoppers.
  • Communication Powerhouse: Exceptional verbal communication and negotiation skills focused on closing the deal.
  • Reliability & Flexibility: Available to work flexible shifts (including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and at least one store closing per week) with reliable transportation to CityWalk.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, reach overhead, bend, kneel, and safely lift up to 50 lbs without restrictions.
  • Prerequisites: Basic computer proficiency, accuracy in handling cash/making change, a high school diploma (or equivalent), and the ability to successfully pass a background check.
