Statement of Purpose:
What You'll Do
Maintain the overall appearance, safety, and functionality of Wendy's restaurant facilities, including:
  • Interior and exterior building maintenance
  • Interior and exterior lighting repairs
  • Plumbing repairs and fixture replacement
  • Floor and wall tile repairs
  • Painting and touch-up work
  • Caulking doors, windows, sinks, and other fixtures
  • Ceiling tile replacement
  • Parking lot striping and signage maintenance
  • Minor carpentry and drywall repairs
  • Preventive maintenance inspections
  • Respond to maintenance service requests in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and accurate service records
  • Communicate professionally with restaurant management

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of commercial building maintenance experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of general maintenance trades
  • Experience with plumbing, painting, flooring, and light carpentry
  • Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
