  • A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
  • In states where practice regulations permit, an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration are required for both APRNs and PAs.
Benefits

We offer a range of perks and benefits to support our team:

  • Perks:
    • A comprehensive 90-day training program with ongoing support.
    • Mentorship and clinical education programs for new and recent graduates.
    • Opportunities for career advancement, including clinical lead roles and specializations in wound or palliative care services.
    • Free access to UpToDate and the Center to Advance Palliative Care (CAPC).
    • Utilization of Nabla, an AI assistant that helps streamline clinical documentation by generating detailed clinical notes quickly.
  • Benefits:
    • An average annual bonus of approximately $13,000 through our no-cap Incentive Compensation Program for providers working 40 hours per week.
    • Relocation bonuses for eligible candidates, determined by distance, experience, and priority.
    • Health, Dental, and Vision insurance plans.
    • 100% employer-funded ArmadaCare Plan, which reimburses many out-of-pocket medical, wellness, and pharmacy expenses, with a maximum reimbursement of $8,000 for designated expenses and tiered pharmacy reimbursements for individual and family plans.

    • A 401(k) plan along with company-paid group life insurance.

Note: Restrictions may apply based on collective bargaining agreements, state laws, and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service. To qualify for full-time benefits, a minimum of 30 hours per week is required.
