What is a CE manager?

CE Managers, or Customer Experience Managers, are professionals responsible for ensuring that customers have a positive interaction with a company's products, services, or brand. They analyze customer feedback, develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction, and coordinate with different departments to implement these improvements. CE Managers often oversee customer service teams, monitor key performance indicators, and work to resolve customer issues promptly.
