Job description

Team Lead - Orange County - 25/Hr.
Position Summary: Manage all aspects of event from open to close, including, but not limited to samples, equipment and staffing. Supervise, train and coach all brand ambassadors assigned to event. Provide ongoing training and evaluation of all brand ambassadors assigned to events, giving feedback to the Field Event Manager. Encourage brand ambassadors to build awareness of our brands and our products. Reinforce our commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience and motivate the team to generate increased sales at each and every event.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the presentation stations are occupied at all times when costumers are present
  • Ensure Brand Ambassadors and presentation stations have adequate supplies and samples at all times
  • Encourage the team to be engaged with all costumers that pass the booth. Offer helpful tips where needed
  • Make sure the presentation area is clean and inviting for the costumers. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, following CDS food safety rules at all times 5. Communicate with FEM regularly regarding sales results, team morale, equipment and supply needs
  • Ensure all documentation including paperwork, receipts, and photos are submitted to HSSG, Inc App in a timely manner per company policy
  • Before any break or lunch is taken, check the sample supply and make sure all areas are properly stocked
  • Are responsible for a timely safe set up and break down of Road Show equipment each week HSSG, Inc
  • Will take part in job tasks alongside Brand Ambassadors including but not limited to; cooking, taking temperatures, stocking, cleaning, washing dishes, and maintaining equipment 10.
  • Leads are responsible for; keeping accurate inventory of supplies, inventory of sellable products (IOH), samples, managing sign-in sheet, break schedules
  • Are accountable for the timely submission of all receipts and documentation to their FEM and the HSSG, Inc
  • Will inspire maximum sales results during their events by encouraging and maintaining a focused high energy and dedicated staff
  • Train and manage Brand Ambassadors on HSSG, Inc supported brands

Requirements:
  • Three to five years sales or demo event experience a plus
  • Ability to lead, coach and train
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Highly Dependable and Responsible
  • Ability to work independently, imagination and creativity
  • Persistency and a desire to win
  • Outstanding negotiation skills
