Job description

Claxton Dietetic Solutions, LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide clinical nutrition services in the long-term care and rehabilitation setting. This part-time position offers approximately 16 hours per week, with additional PRN opportunities available

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct nutrition assessments and documentation
  • Complete MDS assessments and care plans
  • Monitor weights and nutrition risk
  • Participate in nutrition at-risk meetings
  • Perform meal rounds and sanitation audits
  • Onsite visits completed during weekdays

Qualifications

  • Registered Dietitian credential (CDR) required
  • Active state licensure or certification, as applicable
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Long-term care or geriatric experience preferred, but not required
