Do you enjoy driving, meeting new people, and creating a welcoming guest experience? The Holiday Inn Portland Airport is looking for a friendly, dependable, and service-focused Airport Shuttle Driver to join our hospitality team. In this role, you'll safely transport guests to and from Portland International Airport while delivering outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting first impression. This is more than just a driving job — you'll play an important role in creating a clean, welcoming, and helpful environment for our guests throughout the hotel.

What You'll Do: Guest Transportation & Service:
  • Safely transport guests between the hotel and Portland International Airport.
  • Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage.
  • Provide excellent customer service and local area information.
  • Communicate with the Front Desk regarding shuttle schedules and guest needs.
  • Help create a positive arrival and departure experience for every guest.
Vehicle Safety & Maintenance:
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  • Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the shuttle vehicle.
  • Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and hotel procedures.
  • Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
Hotel Guest Support During Downtime:

When not actively driving, you'll help maintain a welcoming guest environment by:

  • Assisting guests with directions and general requests.
  • Helping maintain cleanliness in lobby and entrance areas.
  • Picking up debris or trash when needed.
