The Position:
Provide safe transportation of Resort guest and employees from the parking lots to the gaming center, hotel and other areas of the Resort property. Greets guests and provides exemplary customer service for the Resort. Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Greet and welcome guest entering the shuttle to provide cordial guest services and encourage repeat business.
  • Provides convenient transportation to resort guest and employees by driving a shuttle safely from the parking lots to the Main entrance or other areas of the Resort property.
  • May on occasion be required to provide transportation for guests from off property locations and cities.
  • Assists the guest that need additional help with their luggage and the boarding on/off the shuttle in a friendly manner.
  • Cleans the assigned shuttle a minimum of once per shift (more often if needed) and maintains the overall appearance of the shuttle in accordance with Resort standards.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED Certificate preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in driving vans or light trucks required.
  • Current Oregon Class C Passenger Endorsed CDL and the ability to qualify for the UIDC's Drivers Program.
  • Must possess a valid Medical Certificate for CDL
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Able to read and comprehend written instructions.
  • Basic administrative/clerical experience.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
  • Must be able to obtain a Class I Gaming License.
