Job Title: CDL Class A Heavy Haul Driver (Oil & Gas)
Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 | Employee Referral Bonus: $1,000

Position Summary:
The CDL Class A Heavy Haul Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of oversized loads, including frac and rig move equipment, to and from active job sites. This role requires strong technical driving ability, attention to safety, and the ability to navigate complex routes and terrain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely load, secure, transport, and unload rig moving and frac fleet components
  • Support rig mobilizations, demobilizations, and frac fleet moves
  • Perform service-related transport work in support of field operations
  • Comply with all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety standards
  • Plan routes based on load size, road restrictions, and delivery timelines
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report and address maintenance needs
  • Complete all required logs, trip reports, and shipping documentation accurately
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and field personnel
  • Troubleshoot and resolve transport-related challenges in real time

Qualifications:

  • Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record
  • Minimum 3 years of experience (oil & gas / rig moving / frac preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and load securement practices
  • Experience with oversized loads and specialized hauling configurations
  • Ability to work in physically demanding environments and varying weather conditions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a safety-first mindset
