Job description

Rugby Architectural Building Products is a wholesale distributor of specialty building products, operating out of 26 branches throughout the United States. Our primary business is non-structural architectural grade building products sold principally to customers who create and produce end-products for the commercial, industrial, retail, residential and institutional markets. (In New Century, KS, Lebanon, TN, and Rockford, IL we do business as: Olathe Millwork, Warren Brothers, River City Millwork respectfully.)

Position: We are growing and seeking a Warehouse Associate & Delivery Driver (CDL B)! You will be responsible for a variety of warehouse duties, to include receiving, unloading, and storing material, as well as picking and loading product for our customer orders. You additionally will use your CDL B license to deliver our product to our customers.

Your Day-to-Day: to crush it in our warehouse, you'll need to:

  • Offload trucks with materials from our vendor, and load trucks with product to ship to our customers.
  • Operate a forklift; forklift operator experience and certification is a plus!
  • Ensure that material loaded for delivery matches customer orders.
  • Work safely, attend safety meetings and follow all safety procedures and policies
  • Lift extremely heavy, awkward products (up to 50-100 pounds with a helper) repeatedly to store and load onto a truck.
  • Use your CDL B license to deliver products on an occasional basis as a backup driver.

  • Must be able to pass a physical examination as required by the U. S. Department of Transportation and provide a valid medical card
