What You'll Do
  • Greet customers promptly and set the tone for a great service visit
  • Gather detailed customer and vehicle information
  • Accurately capture and report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
  • Recommend needed maintenance based on the vehicle's age, mileage, and service history
  • Prepare complete, accurate estimates for labor and parts
