Job description

One of our East Coast clients is seeking a consultant to support an in-visit ambient listening initiative focused on improving clinical documentation, diagnosis capture, and risk adjustment performance.
Duration: 6+ Months
Start: ASAP
Travel: Primarily Remote (occasional travel as needed; expenses covered)
Key Responsibilities:
Support implementation and adoption of ambient listening solutions within provider workflows
Partner with clinical and health plan stakeholders to improve documentation and diagnosis capture processes
Provide go-live support, training, adoption tracking, and issue resolution
Assist with KPI reporting and clinical documentation improvement initiatives
Support workflows involving Navina or similar documentation/suspecting tools
Requirements:
3+ years of healthcare consulting, CDI, clinical operations, or health plan experience
Foundational Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) knowledge
Experience supporting provider-facing EHR workflows, documentation initiatives, or healthcare technology implementations
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Experience with ambient listening tools, risk adjustment programs, or provider-payor initiatives preferred
