As a Full Time Registered Nurse, Occupational Health, you'll provide care to client employees at our Cedar Rapids, IA Health Center, supporting Collins Aerospace. The scheduled hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm.  This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative healthcare team, build meaningful relationships with employees, and enjoy a consistent schedule with strong work/life balance.  If you are an RN passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered care, we would love to talk with you! 
What You'll Do
Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements related to clinical operations and manages required physical evaluations (OSHA, DOT, CDC, etc.)
Evaluates, treats, and prioritizes patient care within the scope of practice
Delivers evidence-based care to injured workers, accelerates return to work, and coordinates case management with the TPA and client
Implements and monitors transitional duty programs for injured workers
Performs and documents medical tests, screenings, and treatments as defined in site contract (EKG, audiometry, spirometry, vision)
Administers medications and emergency care within legal scope of practice
Maintains medical equipment, ensures a clean and safe environment, and follows infection control procedures
Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
Educates patients on health promotion and participates in follow-up care
Collaborates with healthcare professionals and resources, and company departments on health programs and injury prevention
Assists with accident investigations, return-to-work programs, and workplace safety initiatives
Performs other duties as assigned
