Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or data platforms.
  • 5+ years in Guidewire ecosystem, with hands-on experience in PolicyCenter (PC), BillingCenter (BC), and Guidewire DataHub.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of the Cloud Data Access (CDA) aligned with enterprise modernization goals.
  • Define target-state architecture integrating Guidewire (PC, BC, DataHub) with cloud data platforms and operational data stores.
  • Ensure architecture supports high scalability and performance, real-time and batch data processing, and advanced analytics and reporting.
  • Own end-to-end Guidewire data architecture, including PolicyCenter & BillingCenter data models and DataHub ingestion.
  • Lead integration patterns between Guidewire and CDA, ensuring data consistency, lineage, and governance.
  • Drive migration of legacy insurance data systems to CDA platform, overseeing data profiling, cleansing, and transformation.
  • Lead development of modern ELT pipelines replacing legacy ETL tools, implementing scalable pipelines using cloud-native tools.
  • Act as the technical lead across cross-functional teams, managing delivery roadmap and milestones.
  • Partner with business teams, enterprise architecture teams, and vendor partners to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Guidewire data models and integration patterns.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
  • Expertise in data warehousing and data modeling.
  • Proficiency in SQL and large-scale data processing.

Qualification And Education:

  • Strong knowledge of DataHub canonical model and ingestion framework.
  • Experience with data migration strategies and data quality frameworks.
  • Familiarity with metadata and lineage tools.
