Dental Assistant (CDA)

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and skilled Dental Assistant (CDA) to join our team and help create a welcoming, efficient, and patient-focused dental experience. Whether you're a certified EFDA or an experienced dental assistant, we welcome your application

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Greet and welcome patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and well-informed
  • Prepare treatment rooms and patients for dental procedures
  • Set up and break down instruments, materials, and equipment for procedures
  • Sterilize instruments and follow infection control protocols meticulously
  • Provide chairside assistance to the dentist (4-handed dentistry)
  • Perform lab-related tasks as directed
  • Deliver oral hygiene instructions and post-operative care guidance
  • Keep operatories clean, stocked, and organized
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage the daily schedule efficiently
  • Maintain accurate patient records and assist with insurance/payment procedures
  • Support front office duties when needed

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Experience: Prior dental assisting experience required.
  • Clinical Skills: Knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization procedures, and 4-handed dentistry
  • Software & Tech: Familiarity with dental practice software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, etc.); CEREC experience is a must
  • Administrative: Comfortable with scheduling, insurance processing, and basic billing tasks
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a professional, patient-first attitude
  • Certifications: Radiology certification required; coronal polishing certification is a plus
  • Education: High school diploma and completion of Dental Assisting Program is required
