As a leader in the industry, Insituform Technologies LLC, an Azuria Water Solutions company, is a global company that has been providing pipeline protection services for more than 50 years. We are currently seeking CCTV Technicians with robotic tap cutting experience and who may also have a valid CDL license and PACP certification to join our team in Memphis, TN. As a CCTV Technician in the cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) industry, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of remote cutting equipment, pre and post-video inspection of pipelines, and supervision of confined space entry procedures. You'll locate lateral connections within a pipeline, and assess the operating conditions and reinstatement of laterals after pipe rehabilitation. This position must also perform all duties of the Installation Technician as needed.
We are currently offering a limited-time sign-on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license, and sign-on bonuses for new hires without a current CDL license are also available at a reduced amount. New employees who meet the criteria outlined in our sign-on bonus program will be eligible for the full payout.
Starting pay is $22.00-$30.00 per hour dependent upon experience. Candidates with prior CIPP experience may be able to negotiate a higher starting rate.

What You'll Do:
  • Operate remote closed-circuit cameras to record the internal condition of sewer pipelines and determine if cleaning and / or repairs are required prior to rehabilitation
  • Maintain a clean and organized working environment within the TV truck including fluid levels and service condition of tools and equipment
  • Confined space entry utilizing Insituform's safety procedures to install, cut and grout the ends of the liner
  • Maintain, complete and control paperwork related to a project for presentation to the office, superintendent and / or client
  • Maintain, adjust, troubleshoot, and perform authorized field repairs to cameras, robots, and ancillary equipment such as cables, connectors, and reels
  • Work with supervisors, clients, peers, and homeowners
  • Drive various vehicles (pickups to tractor-trailer rigs) to haul crews and equipment
  • Site preparation including attachment of boiler hose, prep of lay flat, laying out bypass hoses, and traffic control

What We Need From You:
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of two years experience in trenchless installation, including robotic tap cutting preferred
  • NASSCO PACP and MACP certifications preferred
  • Valid driver's license required with a clean motor vehicle report
  • Must possess a Class A or B CDL and be aligned with Insituform's motor vehicle standards (Hazmat endorsement is preferred but not required)
  • Ability to lift / move up to 75 pounds and use pneumatic, battery-powered, or electric tools
  • Must be able to wear a respirator and body harness while entering confined spaces
  • Comfortable working outside at job sites with moving vehicles and mechanical operations, with occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles
  • Must be able to travel weekly (potentially out of state)
