Job description

Our client, a leading Government Systems Integrator, is in need of a Secret Cleared Transport / IP NOC Technician for an initial 12 month contract onsite at Scott Air Force Base, IL. The Transport / IP NOC Technician will directly support the customers GIG capabilities and services within a 24×7 Global Operations Center. They will be primarily responsible for creating, updating and monitoring incidents using ServiceNow, monitoring network events and element failures, support fault isolation and diagnosing network issues Required Skills: * Candidates must have an active Secret Clearance. * At least 2 years of overall experience, preferably with 2 of those years working as a Network Technician / Admin. * Either a CCST (Cisco Certified Support Technician) or Security + Cert. * Experience providing ticket support and troubleshooting around Juniper and Cisco route / switch and SolarWinds. * Experience with ServiceNow to support trouble tickets. * LAN troubleshooting experience. * Must be able to work a flexible shift schedule with rotating shifts to include: * 7 am - 3 pm CST * 3 pm - 11 pm CST * 11 pm - 7 am CST ClearBridge Technology Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
