MARS Solutions Group is looking for an experienced IAM Engineer located in Milwaukee, WI. Our client is a leading electric and natural gas utility industry looking for high-quality talent to make a difference. Description:
Job Responsibilities
Install, integrate, configure, and deploy IAM solutions and systems to facilitate user life-cycle management, Identity and Access Governance, automated provisioning, single sign-on, federation, Privileged Account and Identity Management (PAM/PIM)
Experience with Windows Operating Systems, UNIX/Linux and environments, IIS, SSO, Database and Application Servers and Authentication Products
Hands on experience in trouble shooting issues related to password rotation, account onboarding, monitoring, integrations with AD/LDAP, SIEM Solutions and other integrations
Responsible for privileged user account administration of various Windows and UNIX accounts, Database and Network devices, Service accounts, DevOps and scanning and scripting
Develop and execute test cases and test plans for IAM solutions
Creating and Managing Safes, Platforms and Owners, Managing Safes, recording backups
Experience in installing or upgrading PAM solutions and connectors
Implementing, managing, and troubleshooting Entra ID services, including Conditional Access, SSO, and MFA
Develop and enhance Identity and Access Management processes and procedures, including development of a corporate IAM program
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, information technology, computer information systems, MIS, or engineering is preferred. A combination of an associate degree, military or professional cybersecurity experience and cybersecurity certification (CISSP, GAIC, MCSE, CEH, GICSP, CSSA, CISM) will be considered
2+ years in cybersecurity required with experience in Identity and Access Management architectures preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience with IAM implementation with one of the following products: SailPoint One Identity and BeyondTrust
Minimum of 2 years of experience in AD, LDAP, JDBC, and Web Service connectors (REST and SOAP)
Cybersecurity certification (CISSP, CISM, OSCP, CCSP, GAIC, MCSE, GICSP, CSSA)
Desirable skills include any of the following:
Active Directory Design and Management
Cloud, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform
Scripting experience, Python, PowerShell or .NET (VB or C#)
RBAC
Machine Identity Management
Network Access Management, DNS, DHCP
