Joining EDGEHILL, Fairfield County's Gold Standard in Signature Senior Living - a Benchmark Senior Living CCRC community team, means putting your passion to work. We are seeking the right individual with experience in Independent Living/Lifecare Continuing Care Retirement Communities who wants to be part of an innovative and dynamic sales culture that focuses on making a difference in the lives of seniors. Our associates feel a sense of belonging with the care that they provide, empowered by the open and reliable team that surrounds them. Our diverse and skilled workforce takes immense pride in a shared commitment: a devotion to providing caring and dedicated service. This role will report to the Community Sales Director. Base of 90K to 100K with total compensation range of 150K to 175K to include commissions.
Responsibilities
  • Supporting potential families in their exploration of senior living options and educate on Edgehill offerings to guide to choosing assigned community
  • Achieve quarterly targets through successful sales execution and pipeline management
  • Building and maintaining prospect and professional relationships through strong lead base and CRM management
  • Generating and up keeping your pipeline
  • Comprehensive understanding of your community's competitive market landscape
  • Researching and/or visiting competitors' facilities
  • Articulating the Benchmark Difference
  • Cultivating and managing reciprocal professional relationships throughout the marketplace
  • As a Director of Community Relations for Edgehill, you must be an empathetic, diligent and committed active listener with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Developing strong professional relationships within the community and in target markets that lead to qualified referrals to the community.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
  • 3-5 years of proven sales experience in Lifecare Communities for seniors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Possessing a driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to speak intelligently about our services
