Job description

Job Summary:
RiVidium Inc is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the execution of Task 3 under MODES III. This role focuses on overseeing IT and cybersecurity personnel while managing complex operations in Federal or DoD environments to ensure a secure and resilient digital enterprise.
Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day oversight of IT and cybersecurity personnel and Task 3 performance.
• Lead coordination of technical priorities, staffing, delivery schedules, and issue resolution.
• Oversee implementation of program controls that support quality, risk management, and performance accountability.
• Partner with technical leadership to align cloud operations, cybersecurity, and modernization activities.
• Support communication with Government stakeholders on technical performance, milestones, and corrective actions.
• Help ensure technical delivery remains aligned with mission requirements, compliance expectations, and operational continuity.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Eight or more years of experience planning, directing, and managing complex IT projects and operations of similar size and complexity.
• One or more of the following certifications: GSLC, CCISO, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, CISSP-ISSEP, or CISSP-ISSMP.
• Favorably adjudicated Tier 5 investigation.
Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or a related field.
• Current PMP or equivalent certification.
• Eight or more years leading projects involving compliance with the DoD Cloud Computing Security Requirements Guide and DoD Risk Management Framework.
• Experience with change management and quality frameworks such as Agile, ITIL, CMMI, or PMBOK.
