Take your expertise in health care to the next level with California Correctional Health Care Services (CCHCS), where your clinical work is backed by more support and stability. $97,596 - $124,536 (Licensed) $87,528 - $111,708 (Pre-Licensed) Recruitment and Retention Bonus Clinical Counselors working in our mental health program and newly hired with the state of CA are also eligible to receive a recruitment and retention bonus of up to $15,000 within the first 12 months of service.

Referral Bonus Plus, all CDCR/CCHCS employees that refer a mental health clinician who is successfully hired by CCHCS may be eligible to receive a referral bonus of $5,000 per referral.
