About The Role

As the Ethics & Business Integrity (E&BI) Insights Monitoring Program Lead, you will be part of the broader healthcare compliance team. In this role, you will shape the strategic direction, execution, and continuous enhancement of UCB's monitoring programme. You will oversee the design and successful implementation of monitoring plans, manage monitoring vendors, and introduce innovative ways of working, while collaborating closely with the wider E&BI team to deliver clear and comprehensive communication to local stakeholders. Based in the United States, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership of key operations and work seamlessly with global teams. Who You'll Work With
You'll collaborate closely with the US E&BI Leads, business units, and cross-functional teams. You'll also act as a key liaison between regional teams and global monitoring leadership, facilitating best practice sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.


What You'll Do

  • Develop and refine monitoring strategies and annual plans in line with business needs
  • Collaborate with regional leads to align monitoring with local regulations
  • Oversee and manage external vendors for E&BI monitoring activities
  • Report monitoring activities, findings, and trends to senior leadership
  • Manage High Impact Findings (HIF) and drive continuous improvement
  • Use analytics tools to provide actionable insights

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • 5+ years' experience inUS healthcare complianceor risk management

Preferred Requirements

  • At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
  • Experience leading teams or managing vendors in a multinational environment
  • Proven expertise in global healthcare regulatory standards and compliance analytics
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCEP, CFE, CPA, CHC, CCEP-I)
  • Experience with advanced analytics tools (e.g., Qlik, Power BI)
  • Strong project management and communication skills

This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $126,000 - 165,000. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
