• Effectively guide clients through structured CBT programs, helping them develop coping strategies and cognitive skills to manage their mental health.
• Utilize our intuitive EMR system for accurate and efficient documentation, ensuring that client records are up-to-date and compliant.
• Participate in regular peer consultation meetings to discuss challenging cases and share successful strategies, enhancing your therapeutic skills continuously.
• Maintain a structured client schedule during standard working hours, allowing for a predictable work rhythm and enabling comprehensive follow-ups with clients.
• Implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients, empowering them to take an active role in their own therapeutic journey.

Your work will focus on a diverse range of adult clients experiencing various mental health issues. From anxiety and depression to more complex psychological challenges, you will engage with clients from different backgrounds and demographics, ensuring personalized treatment that reflects their individual goals and circumstances.

• Active licensure in Florida as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A clinical Master's degree or Doctorate in a relevant field such as psychology, counseling, or social work.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical mental health setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapy practice.
• A strong foundation in CBT, with a proven track record of applying this methodology effectively in therapy sessions.

• Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations, enhancing cultural competency in therapeutic settings.
• Familiarity with technology-driven methodologies in mental health care can be an added advantage.
• Prior experience in outpatient therapy settings, with knowledge of managing caseloads and treatment plans.
