Job description

Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager

Location: Corporate Office - Redmond, WA (Travel Included)

Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000/- annually

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.

About Us:

Kizuki International LLC is one company united by a single purpose — to spread joy through authentic culinary experiences. Our family of Asian culinary brands includes:

  • Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya – delivering the most authentic Japanese ramen experience outside Japan through scratch-made broths, Japanese-designed interiors, and craftsmanship.
  • Supreme Dumplings – offering handcrafted Xiao Long Bao and other small bites made with precision, tradition, and heartfelt execution.
  • Tang Bar / Swish Swish – a modern fast-casual concept bringing bold Sichuan malatang flavors to a customizable, energetic format.

Though each concept is unique, all share the same values: craftsmanship, connection, hospitality, and a relentless pursuit of culinary excellence. We proudly operate 20+ restaurants and 4+ central kitchens/commissary facilities across multiple states — and we’re growing.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly driven, culturally aware, digitally fluent Senior Marketing Manager to help lead brand growth, storytelling, social media, content creation, PR, and customer engagement for a fast-growing restaurant company with ambitious expansion plans.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in modern restaurant, hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer brands — including companies such as Chipotle, Din Tai Fung, Panda Express, Sweetgreen, Starbucks, CAVA, Shake Shack, and similar high-growth brands.

This is not a traditional corporate marketing role. We’re looking for someone who can think strategically and execute quickly — someone equally comfortable launching campaigns, creating content, managing influencers, opening new stores, and building community engagement.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, and customer engagement initiatives
  • Create and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Xiaohongshu, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
  • Script, shoot, edit, and publish short-form and long-form video content
  • Partner with influencers, media contacts, creators, and community organizations
  • Support major store openings, events, tastings, partnerships, and brand activations
  • Use AI tools and modern marketing technology to improve content creation, analytics, and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate closely with leadership, operations, culinary, and store teams
  • Identify emerging cultural trends and marketing opportunities
  • Help scale and evolve the brand as the company grows
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, branding, communications, social media, or digital marketing
  • Restaurant, hospitality, food & beverage, retail, or lifestyle brand experience strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of modern social platforms and digital culture
  • Hands-on experience creating content and managing campaigns
  • Experience working with influencers, media, PR, or creators
  • Familiarity with AI tools and emerging marketing technologies
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
  • Native-level English proficiency required
  • Open to travel when needed.
  • Chinese language skills are a plus
Why Join Us
  • Opportunity to help shape a rapidly growing restaurant brand
  • High visibility and direct collaboration with leadership
  • Significant ownership and creative freedom
  • Fast-moving environment where ideas can quickly become reality
  • Opportunity to build culturally relevant, modern restaurant marketing from the ground up
  • Relocation support available for exceptional candidates

Benefits

  • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & AD&D insurance
  • Employee Assistance Program & Teladoc
  • Paid time off
  • Flexible working hours within standard business hours (8 AM–6 PM)
To Apply

Please send:

  • Resume
  • Portfolio and/or social media examples
  • Examples of content or video work
  • A short introduction explaining your interest in the role

We’re looking for builders, creators, storytellers, and operators who want to help define the next generation of restaurant brands.
