Role Description The Handyman role at Robertson Construction Group LLC is a full-time, on-site position located in Indianapolis, IN. Starting at 20/hr-30/hr. This role involves performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks on residential and commercial properties, including carpentry repairs, minor plumbing and electrical work, drywall patching, painting, and fixture installation. The Handyman will respond to work orders, assess issues, source materials, and complete tasks efficiently and safely while maintaining clean and organized work areas. The role includes collaborating with project managers and superintendents, providing updates on job status, and ensuring all work meets company quality standards and applicable codes. Qualifications
  • Strong general maintenance skills, including basic carpentry, minor plumbing, and light electrical repair.
  • Experience with drywall repair, painting, caulking, and finishing work to a professional standard.
  • Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and common construction equipment.
  • Knowledge of basic building codes, safety practices, and job site procedures.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel between job sites in Indianapolis, IN. Gas card provided for travel.
